An Ordinance to close a sliver of the northern side of the E. Jackson Avenue right-of-way between the southeastern corner of Parcel 095AM017 and a point located 239.76 feet to the west, subject to two conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, City of Knoxville, Applicant. On February 8, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close sliver of E. Jackson Avenue right-of-way (Parcel 095AM017 east)” by a vote of 8–0.
