An Ordinance approving the request of Kyle Hohman for a One Year Plan Amendment from Office to Low Density Residential for property located at 0 Zoe Way, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 11-0) (File No. 1-A-22-PA) (Council District 2)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)
