An Ordinance approving the request of Sanders Pace Architecture for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Neighborhood Commercial to Mixed Use Special District, MM-CC16 for property located at 2126 Forest Avenue. (Planning Commission Approved 10-0) (File No. 1-C-22-SP) (Council District 1)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On February 8, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Central City Sector Plan for 2126 Forest Ave” by a vote of 8–0.
