An Ordinance to close a sliver of the northern side of the E. Jackson Avenue right-of-way between the southeastern corner of Parcel 095AM017 and a point located 239.76 feet to the west, subject to two conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, City of Knoxville, Applicant.
