Authorize acceptance of insurance proposals

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept proposals from Munich and Burlington Insurance Company to provide excess liability and vehicle and equipment damage insurance coverage, as well as a proposal from Travelers for inland marine coverage for mobile equipment, all as part of the City’s and K-Trans Management, Inc.’s self-insured liability program for an estimated annual premium of $500,996.00.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management)
