A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with One Knoxville Sporting Club for installation and completion of a Mini-Pitch project at Harriet Tubman Park with a commitment of $50,000.00 from the City.(Requested by Department of Parks and Recreation)
