An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $4,295.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to Youth Outreach in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (YO-STEM) to sponsor its robotics team, Gr8ness, as it competes in the VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas, Texas May 8-10, 2022.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
