An Ordinance to close a portion of the right-of-way adjacent to First Creek between the southwestern tip of Parcel 095HC015 and a point 214.36 feet to the west, subject to three conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, City of Knoxville, Applicant. On April 5, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to close a portion of right-of-way adjacent to First Creek” by a vote of 8–1.
