An Ordinance to close the intersection rights-of-way of Patton Street and Willow Avenue to a point 282.46 feet to the west, as more particularly described herein, subject to three conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, City of Knoxville, Applicant.
