Authorize Mayor to apply for TDEC grant for water infrastructure investments

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to apply for a grant from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation in the amount of $20,041,654.60 with a City match of $3,010,000.00, to provide funding for necessary investments in water infrastructure, and if approved, authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept such a grant.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
