Authorize acquisition of property at 2005 Maplewood Drive by condemnation if needed
A Resolution authorizing the acquisition, by condemnation if necessary, of a fee simple interest in certain property located at 2005 Maplewood Drive (Parcel ID No. 095-NF-029), believed to be owned by Cathy Jane Edmondson and Anne Taylor Edmondson, at an estimated cost of $130,000.00, as recommended by the Abandoned, Blighted and Vacant Properties Committee.(Requested by Housing & Neighborhood Development)
