An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $5,000.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to Knoxville Black Doula Collective, The Women LLC, Black Girls Do Bike, Battlefield Farms and Gardens, and Canvas Can Do Miracles in $1,000.00 Diversity and Equity awards for promoting equity and improved quality of life in Knoxville.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
