Amend Design and Construction contract for 2021 Curb Cuts Project - Phase II
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Design and Construction Services, Inc. for the 2021 Curb Cuts Project - Phase II, increasing the contract amount by $11,899.35 for a new contract total of $352,699.35 and extending the date of completion to May 15, 2022.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
