A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the agreement with Edison Electric, LLC for the as-needed maintenance and repair of the City's streetlights and high masts, increasing the annual amount by $180,000.00 for a new total annual amount not to exceed $1,380,000.00, and renewing the term of the agreement to June 20, 2023.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
