Resolution to apply for FTA grant for KAT bus charging equipment

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Federal Transit Administration in the amount of $5,000,000.00 for Knoxville Area Transit for Bus and Bus Facilities (Section 5339(c)) for fiscal year 2022, with a City match of up to $1,250,000.00 to purchase electric bus charging equipment and installation for Knoxville Area Transit for a total project amount of $6,250,000.00.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
