Close Lakeland Drive providing easement and executing quitclaim deeds
An Ordinance to close Lakeland Drive between the southern line of Cherokee Boulevard and the south terminus of Lakeland Drive, subject to providing a 15 foot wide easement for pedestrian access to the park and other easements specified, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, City of Knoxville, Applicant.
