An Ordinance approving the request of Tennessee Auto Salvage and Recycling, Inc. for an amendment to the East City Sector Plan from Light Industrial to Heavy Industrial for a portion of property located at 4912 Rutledge Pike, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged.
