Authorize acquisition of property for Northwest Greenway Connector Phase II
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property in fee simple and for easements by purchase, or condemnation if necessary, within ten tracts of real property for a total amount not to exceed $270,000.00 as part of the Northwest Greenway Connector Phase II Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
