A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve submission of the 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan to the Five-Year Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and authorizing the Mayor to execute any required documents under the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Act, and Emergency Solutions Grant Programs.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
