Authorize grant application for police de-escalation training

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award for $250,000.00, with no required local match, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Community Oriented Policing Services, to be used for technology, instruction and equipment for de-escalation, implicit bias and duty to intervene training for Knoxville Police Department Officers.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
