A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept and express appreciation to the East Tennessee Foundation for the donation of $40,250.00 to be used to hire a consultant, 21CP Solutions, LLC, to perform a climate assessment of the Knoxville Police Department.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
