A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with Volunteer Ministry Center to provide an amount not to exceed $54,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funding for free dental services to 100 individuals who are experiencing homelessness within the City.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
