A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to an agreement with Willis Towers Watson Southeast, Inc. to include the provision of a third party administrator selection process to the scope of services and to increase the contract price by an amount not to exceed $35,000.00 for these additional services.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management)
