Transfer vehicles to PBA and refund maintenance costs

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents required to transfer six vehicles and one piece of equipment to the Public Building Authority of Knox County and Knoxville ("PBA") and to authorize the refund of $38,317.64 paid by PBA for maintenance and replacement of the vehicles.(Requested by Fleet Services)
