Fund Salvation Army Pathway to Hope Program

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with the Salvation Army, Knoxville Area Command, to provide an amount not to exceed $25,334.00 in Community Development Block Grant funds for case management and supportive programming to six eligible households through its Pathway to Hope Program.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
