Accept grant for Knoxville Area Transit electric buses

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept a grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration to provide funding in the total amount of $5,184,779.20 to Knoxville Area Transit for Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Grant Assistance, with a city match of up to $1,036,955.84, in order to purchase four electric buses and electric bus charging infrastructure.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
