Accept donation from American Red Cross for swimming lessons

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept a grant donation up to $51,765.57 from the American Red Cross to help offset operating expenses associated with trainings, certifications, and administrative costs and to offer scholarships to individuals for swimming lessons at City pools.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
