Raise threshold for competitive sealed bidding procurements

An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 2, Article VIII, Division 3, Section 2-862 "Competitive Sealed Bidding" to raise the threshold for such competitive sealed bidding procurements from $25,000.00 to $50,000.00.(Requested by Purchasing Department)

On June 28, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Raise threshold for competitive sealed bidding procurements” by a vote of 8–0.
