A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with the University of Tennessee to provide an amount not to exceed $31,140.00 in general funds to support improvements to and continued maintenance of the Homeless Management Information System platform in order to improve data quality.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
