Set Certified Tax Rate and amend Tax Rate Ordinance

An Ordinance setting a "Certified Tax Rate" as required by T.C.A. § 67-5-1701 and amending Ordinance O-57-2022 (Tax Rate Ordinance) to adjust the tax rate from $2.9638 to $2.1556.(Requested by Finance Department)

On July 26, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Set Certified Tax Rate and amend Tax Rate Ordinance” by a vote of 8–0.
