Resolution authorizing agreement with KCDC for Downtown Cinema support
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville's Community Development Corporation to provide administrative services and operational support to the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville and the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville for the Downtown Cinema, including supporting the City's redevelopment priorities, for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 per year.(Requested by Department of Economic and Community Development)
