Resolution amending Texas Avenue Sidewalk Project contract with Morgan Contracting, Inc.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Morgan Contracting, Inc. for the Texas Avenue Sidewalk Project, increasing the contract amount by $131,215.00 for a new contract total of $1,153,781.20 and extending the date of completion to October 14, 2022.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
