An Ordinance approving the request of Dominion Riverside, LLC for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Light Industrial to Mixed Use Regional Center for property located at 1624 Riverside Drive, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 8-0) (File No. 7-G-22-SP) (Council District 6)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)
On August 9, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance amending Central City Sector Plan for 1624 Riverside Drive” by a vote of 9–0.
