Approve Magnolia Ave Warehouse District Redevelopment Plan amendment for TIF and PILOT
A Resolution approving an amendment to the Magnolia Avenue Warehouse District Redevelopment Plan relating to terms of Tax Increment Financing and delegating to the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville the authority to negotiate and accept payments in lieu of taxes with respect to certain projects within the plan area.(Requested by Department of Economic and Community Development)
