Authorize Mayor to accept excess workers' compensation insurance proposal

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a proposal from Midwest Casualty Company for excess workers' compensation insurance coverage for City of Knoxville employees and K-Trans Management, Inc. employees for a one-year period at a premium not to exceed a corresponding percentage of annual payroll, currently estimated to be $221,617.00.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management)
