A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amendment the contract with Cannon & Cannon, Inc. to provide additional engineering design services for the University of Tennessee Area Signal Improvements Project, increasing the contract amount by $51,371.73 for a new total contract amount of $549,181.73 and extending the date of completion to December 31, 2024.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
