Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept hazmat equipment grant from TEMA

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to file a grant application with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency to provide funding for hazmat equipment in an amount not to exceed $21,702.44 and if such application is approved, to execute, any and all documents to accept such a grant.(Requested by Knoxville Fire Department)
