A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Volunteer Ministry Center to provide an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 in General Funds for enhanced street outreach services by way of the continued operation of a mobile shower trailer to serve 300 individuals experiencing homelessness in Knoxville.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
