A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Defined Services Contract between the City of Knoxville, Knox County, and Young-Williams Animal Center of East Tennessee to promote the responsible care and welfare of animals with the City of Knoxville and Knox County each paying an amount not to exceed $1,075,000.00.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
