Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept USDA Composting and Food Waste Reduction Grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for a Composting and Food Waste Reduction Pilot Project grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the amount of $90,000.00, and if awarded, accept the grant on behalf of the City of Knoxville Public Service.(Requested by Public Service Department)
