An Ordinance approving the request of Dowell Springs Company for an amendment to the Northwest County Sector Plan from Office to Medium Density Residential / Office for property located at 0 Dowell Springs Boulevard, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. On August 23, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance approving amendment to Northwest County Sector Plan for Dowell Springs Boulevard” by a vote of 9–0.
