Apply for and accept TDOT grant for bus depot chargers

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the amount of $3,750,000.00 to the City of Knoxville on behalf of Knoxville Area Transit from IMPROVE Act Transit Investment Grant funds for fiscal year 2023, with a City match of up to $1,250,000.00 in order to construct depot chargers for electric buses at the transit station.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
