Annex three parcels of land on Maloney Road and approve Plan of Service
A Resolution to effect annexation of three parcels of land abutting the northern right-of-way of Maloney Road, lying approximately 660 feet east of the intersection with Maloney Road and Dresser Road, having Tax Identification numbers as 135GA005, 135GA00501, and 135GA006 and to approve a Plan of Service for said area.(Requested by Economic Development)
On September 20, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Annex three parcels of land on Maloney Road and approve Plan of Service” by a vote of 8–0.
