Authorize Mayor to execute agreement with Cherokee Farm for $100,000 for SPARK Cleantech Accelerator

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Cherokee Farm Development Corporation to provide funding in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 for the SPARK Cleantech Accelerator program to work with early stage, high-growth businesses working to support decarbonization and the local advanced energy network.(Requested by Economic Development)
