Authorize Mayor to execute agreement for $1.5M from Affordable Rental Development Fund for senior housing

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Bell Street 2 L.P. and associated entities to award an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund for the development of 50 permanent supportive housing units for seniors which will serve very low-income households, to be located at 245 S. Bell Street.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
