Accept insurance proposal from Standard Insurance Company
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a proposal from Standard Insurance Company to provide employee and dependent life, accidental death and dismemberment, and long-term disability insurance coverage for a period of three years at an estimated annual premium not to exceed $250,000.00 and to execute a contract and application for insurance consistent with the proposal.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management)
