A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant in the amount of $30,000.00 from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) for the operation and maintenance of a joint City of Knoxville and Knox County Household Hazardous Waste facility (HHW)(Requested by Public Service Department)
