Permit Police and Fire Chiefs to award items to separating public safety employees

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Article VII, Division 2, Section 2-724 of the Knoxville City Code to authorize the Police and Fire Chiefs, in their discretion, to award certain items to public safety employees separating from employment with the City after ten years of service.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
