A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to enter into an agreement to reimburse the Knoxville Utilities Board for all expenses related to relocating utilities underground for the Sevier Avenue Streetscapes Project at an estimated cost of $250,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
