A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to enter into an agreement to reimburse AT&T for all expenses related to relocating utilities underground for the Sevier Avenue Streetscapes Project at an estimated cost of $850,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
